By accessing or using Title Run (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Title Run is a nonprofit, non-commercial fan project. It publishes statistical projections and Monte Carlo-style title probabilities for La Liga for information and entertainment only. We do not sell subscriptions, ads, or wagering products through the Service.

• We do not offer betting, gambling, or wagering services.
• Figures are model outputs, not guarantees of future results.
• Title Run is independent and is not an official LaLiga or club product.

Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on projections, odds, fixtures, xG data, or other content.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent our projections as official league or club odds.
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its APIs.
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, or accounts.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Pages and API responses may be cached by your browser, our hosting provider, or a content delivery network to improve performance. Cached data can lag behind live matches. The Service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued without notice.

Use of cookies and similar storage is described in our Privacy Policy. Essential technical storage may be required for the Service to function.

Site design, original copy, and software created for Title Run belong to the project operators, except where third-party rights apply.

LaLiga, LALIGA, competition names, club names, crests, badges, logos, kits, and related trademarks and copyrights are the property of LaLiga and/or the respective clubs and rights holders. All such rights are reserved by their owners. Title Run is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LaLiga, Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, or any other club or governing body.

References and imagery appear only to identify teams and competitions for fan commentary and statistical discussion. No ownership or license beyond what law allows for that limited use is claimed.

Fixtures, team metadata, crests, and expected-goals inputs may come from third-party sources. We do not control those sources and do not warrant their completeness or accuracy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
