Privacy Policy

How Title Run handles information when you use the site, including cookies and caching.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Overview

Title Run (“we”, “us”) is a nonprofit fan project with public La Liga projection pages. This policy covers information that may be processed when you visit. We do not sell personal data or build ad profiles.

Information we process

  • Usage & logs. Hosting providers may record IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps, and similar technical data for security, debugging, and reliability.
  • No accounts. The public site does not require registration. We do not knowingly collect names, emails, or payment details through the main pages.
  • Public sports data. Team stats, fixtures, and model outputs are sports/statistics data, not personal profiles of individuals.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising, analytics, or social-media tracking cookies on the public Title Run pages at this time.

  • Essential / technical. Hosting, security, or framework layers may set strictly necessary cookies or similar identifiers so the site loads and stays secure.
  • Local device storage. Your browser may keep its own cache of pages, images (including club crests), and scripts. That storage is controlled by your browser settings.
  • No cookie wall. Because we do not currently place non-essential tracking cookies, we do not show a marketing-cookie consent banner. If that changes, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

Caching

To keep the Service fast, content may be cached:

  • In your browser (HTTP cache)
  • On CDN or edge servers operated by our host
  • On our application servers for computed odds and fixtures

Cached copies can be briefly out of date after matches are played or simulations are re-run. Caching stores copies of public pages and API payloads; it is not used to build advertising profiles.

Third parties

The Service may load images or data from third-party CDNs and sports data providers. Those parties process requests under their own policies (for example, when your browser fetches a crest URL). We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database) that process technical data as processors on our behalf.

Retention

Server and access logs are kept only as long as needed for security, operations, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized according to our host’s practices.

Your choices

  • Clear site data and cookies in your browser settings.
  • Use private browsing or block cookies (some features may break).
  • Contact us to ask about technical data tied to your IP in logs.

Children

Not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International users

Servers may be located outside your country. By using the Service you understand that technical data may be processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Changes & contact

We may update this Privacy Policy; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material cookie changes will be reflected here. Privacy questions: elmer.ponce@outlook.com
